Welcome to XORB ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the XORB mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XORB regarding your use of the app and any related services.

2. For Entertainment Purposes Only

XORB provides high-precision astrological modeling, birth chart analysis, and cosmic forecasting for entertainment, educational, and self-reflection purposes only. XORB is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological insights provided. Any decisions you make based on the app's content are strictly at your own risk.

3. Account & Platform Stewardship

You may be required to create an account or authenticate via third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. XORB utilizes a "Local-First" stewardship model where possible, ensuring your birth data and profile information are securely encrypted and synchronized via platform-native cloud services. You retain ownership of the data you input into the app.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

XORB offers premium features ("Premium") requiring a paid subscription. Premium unlocks access to advanced features such as our proprietary Gaussian Orb transits and deep compatibility analysis. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. XORB provides a "Restore Purchases" function within the application settings to allow users to regain access to active subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform's terms.

5. Proprietary Engine & Intellectual Property

XORB, including its proprietary calculation engine, design, text, graphics, algorithms, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of XORB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without our explicit written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use XORB for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair the functioning of the application. Attempting to exploit, bypass paywalls, or manipulate the application's underlying engine will result in immediate termination of your access.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XORB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. XORB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS ASTROLOGICAL INSIGHTS.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or website. Your continued use of XORB following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia.
